Great Product and Great Customer Service!
Very, very satisfied with my glasses so far. Customer service has been amazing! To start, I didn't receive an order confirmation for some reason, so there was no trail of my purchase. The Customer Support team quickly responded and linked my order and tracking info so I could track it. When the glasses arrived, the Joydock I ordered with it did not deliver on the same day. Customer Support also quickly responded and let me know it was shipped separately and provided that tracking info as well. I am very satisfied with my experience with RayNeo so far, especially their customer service. Thank you!
