Unfortunately not possible to give 0 stars. I have never worked with a company that had such a degree of incompetence and lack of processes across the board. Their communication style makes time-efficient processing impossible. They don't provide a list of next steps despite multiple requests. They wanted to charge me extra to evaluate whether I can legally work in the EU (I am an EU citizen), and many more mind-boggling mistakes. An advertised onboarding of a couple of days has been 3 months + and counting, causing us substantial extra resources and inconveniences.
