Don’t buy unless you don’t want money back for return
Purchased this just over 2 weeks ago. I went to use it and didn’t work for my DTF prints as they peeled off and wouldn’t stick due to not having a high enough pressure. Used at the highest level 170lbs so I checked temp with professional mechanics temp gun and the plate was extremely inconsistent with one side being almost 40 degrees off from the other. I emailed them immediately within the week of purchasing and they refused to do a return without a video and proof with a fancy thermometer for checking temp which I don’t have access too and didn’t want to take a video ruining another piece of apparel but also had put it back in the box as I found it. I sent them a photo showing it was still brand new and they refused to issue a return without wanting to charge me return shipping. Such a scam! I only had it for less than a week and used once! Definitely do not recommend as the customer service is terrible!
