It is disappointing that what should be a trusted source is essentially stealing peoples money. Review your Reliant (RAM) Accounts for your current escrow funds. See if it matches the payments negotiated and accepted by you, if any and verify that your creditors have received the funds. Demand someone at Citizens Debt Relief give you the Login and Password. It is your account and your funds are held until withdrawn by Citizens Debt Relief or check is cut to your Creditors less the maintenance fees by Reliant of $10.95 per monthly fee and $20.00 for their Annual Fee.
