Poor quality and worse customer service
I don’t know if there has been some sort of change or something at Moon Magic, but my last purchase was the most awful experience I have ever had online shopping. I spent over $300 and the jewelry lasted 3 months. The bead bracelet stretched and was almost at breaking point and would fall of my hand and couldn’t be worn. The necklace snapped off my neck in the middle of a restaurant and the beads bounced all over the place and was humiliating. The earrings are completely tarnished and a dark mouldy appearance. I emailed about the necklace and bracelet as I was complete shocked that such expensive jewelry only lasted 3 months. All they wanted to do was charge me 50% to order the same poor-quality products again. We I replied that taking more of my money for this trash was not going to ‘make it right’. They replied changing their tune that in fact it was my fault the jewelry broke, and it was standard wear and tear. So, moon magic believe that the standard wear of approx. 10 times is the lifetime of their pieces. Which is outrageous considering the prices they charge.
