Trustworthy customer service!
I ordered an outfit which wasn't what I had thought when it arrived, it was too big and didn't quite live up to my expectations from the photograph on the website. However, when I raised this issue with Oyrosy, they were quick to respond and offered me the option of receiving something else free of charge. I received this item within a couple of weeks and it exceeds my expectations from the image shown and is the correct size. The customer service levels exceed my expectations. I will definitely use Oyrosy again as feel that I can trust them and trust is worth a lot when ordering clothes online.
