I am very impressed with the support. The support team is very responsive and helpful. When I asked for further clarification on a previous submitted question, the support team was patient and explained everything in detail. I started my subscription at the level of Lite, then I moved to the Premium level. I probably will upgrade to the the annual Professional plan soon. Emotion is a major human frailty. Leave the trading to bots will liberate any traders from this weakness. Obviously, there is no such thing as a bullet proof strategy. There are always failed trades. Fortunately, the 3 strategies that I have tried so far all practice stop loss.
