Delivery time and respond is good but the main thing is when the thing I ordered came, I had to pay as it was written COD but I have already paid full amount with all the costs included. When contacted, the person in WhatsApp said it may be the tax in our country but it is not. It was a mistake by either Sunsky or Aramex because the same item a known person ordered from other source but he doesn't have to pay any COD. This is not expected.
