Super support!!
All of my communications have been quickly acknowledged and then FULLY answered. I know that JP and Lee are really busy and don't have time to answer every email personally, but I do wonder if the staff ever passes on an email that speaks personally to them. There are some things that I have written that I really want them to know and I just wonder. My emails are answered almost line by line and are very enthusiastic, supportive, and encouraging.
