I had been a long time customer and was pretty happy. I had to pause my shipments do to my current budget. I came back 2 months later. I was supposed to receive a Zwilling knife as a promotion. I asked about the knife and was told I had to receive 2 shipments before getting the knife. After I received the 2 shipments I asked about the knife. They said since I left and came back that the knife offer was no longer. BS. I guess they would rather keep the knife than keep a loyal customer. Booooooooo!
