Screen record whilst purchasing
Please create a screen recording when you are booking/exchanging tickets. Scammy system. Last night, I tried to exchange my tickets for a different time on the TrainPal app, but the times did not change. However, the money came out of my account. I spent all day today speaking with someone and apparently they do not believe it was a glitch in their system, and I cannot get a full refund, despite already paying for the administration fee (£9.99) when making my exchange. I understand that this admin fee is enforced by National Rail but the point is, I already paid for this, and I was asking for a refund with this admin fee deducted - they're trying to deduct it TWICE (£18.98) I will not be using TrainPal going forward due to this and advise others to be wary.
