Zero service!
I received a faulty mini pc and contacted support. They promised to send me a new part that I could replace myself. So far So good. After that nothing..... It's been 4 months and after several tries to reach out to them, it seems that they are not willing to solve a simple issue. My bad for not checking up on them first. I don't seem to be the only one with this experience.
