When the mail carrier had totally messed up my delivery I was frustrated to watch my package sit around and constantly be delayed. Taylor was very helpful and not only helped answer all my questions but also helped to ensure I would get a new delivery as soon as possible. It was a pleasant experience to have someone who goes above and beyond to help represent a company as professionally and sincerely as she did. Thank you very much.
