Very good customer service
I ordered an ultra cavitation machine that unfortunately stopped working properly after a few uses. When I contacted support for Assistance, they were very helpful and after sending videos of the problem they were able to verify it and informed me they would send me a replacement for the parts that weren’t working properly. The replacement came really quickly and it was delivered to my door. I am overall very happy with the communication I had as they had me informed of everything throughout the process. I will definitely buy from then again in the future as this electric problems can happen to any company, but not all fix the problem so efficiently.
