Dear Green Signal Management Team, I am sending you this email out of deep dissatisfaction because I recently started to use your services to handle my Trading account No 194520 and, as a result of poor management of my Capital.com trading account #194520, I lost $700 and now have $2000 at risk.Without any risk management profiling, MS Anamika (Financial Executive) is placing all of the trades at danger.I can email you all of the Trade screenshots and our conversations to warn and stopped her.All of my money is stuck since she is placing all of the trades on the incorrect lot side and without SL.I kept in constant contact with her, but she has never paid attention to me and always goes about her own way. As a result of her lack of professionalism, we are now in the same situation & my complete money is stuck in the market. At this point, I'm happy to work with Green Signalss over the long run, but I would prefer it if you either returned my entire $899 or gave me a deadline by assigning a new financial specialist for Monday to retrieve my entire account balance and restore it to normal.
