Dissatisfied
I ordered a dress from JJ’s house which took over a month to arrive It eventually arrived packed in a very small box on opening the dress package which was a zip lock bag the dress was completely creased so much so I needed to have it professionally steamed as it just looked so awful and was totally unwearable in that condition Although the dress quality is very good and a perfect fit the appearance of the dress was completely awful and ruined by the way it was packaged I was disgusted that a special occasion dress costing £143 was packaged like a piece of rubbish , costing me an additional £25 to have steamed in order to be able to wear it
