C29 - Motor Blew on 2nd ride out !
Bought the C29 - arrived within a few days. Had it professionally assembled by an experienced cycle mechanic. On only my second ride out the motor packed in - totally ! I was in a remote location & it took 2 hours to push and ride it manually to get back to where I could get reception to summon assistance. Immediately contacted Customer Services & their response suggests I may have a battle to get them to honour my contractual consumer rights. Up until that time I was quite impressed with the bike but to spend so much money on something and have it break down in less than 50 miles with questionable Customer Service after care is simply not acceptable
