Great customer service!
I requested cancellation of an order almost immediately after placing it, but the order had already entered the fulfillment process and been shipped anyway. I was initially frustrated, but Syncwire's customer service completely turned the experience around. They responded promptly, including over the weekend, and issued a full refund, telling me to simply refuse delivery so the package can be returned without me incurring the cost of shipping. When I was unable to refuse delivery, they ultimately told me to not worry about returning the product at all. What could have been a very negative experience ended up being some of the best customer service I've ever received. Their team was courteous, responsive, and extremely accommodating which is why I'll absolutely be considering purchasing from Syncwire again because of how the situation was handled. Would highly recommend.
