I placed a order back in Dec 13th.. for the surprise gift box, the price was 19.99 they charged my card $26.97. and i never received anything. The contact us, is a joke. I see that the shipping was 6.98. Don't mind paying for shipping, I have tried reaching out to them several times. NOTHING a big JOKE.
