I’ve used PipFarm for over 12 months now, and they have always been incredibly responsive and reactive to any issues I have encountered during my trading experience. Customer service of this level is a rarity from a prop firm, hence why I am a long term user.
Ive had accounts with most of the big prop firms over the past 3 years (some of which are still active), and I can honestly say PipFarm have been by far the easiest to deal with and provided the most transparency. Whenever there has been an issue or query their customer service department have been second to none.
