Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with 365Jersey. I ordered two football shirts for personal use, but my parcel was stopped by customs in Luxembourg due to an intellectual property/counterfeit issue and I never received my order. To make matters worse, I was subsequently contacted by a Belgian anti-counterfeit organisation and asked to pay €300 in fees in relation to the shipment. I paid for products that I have not received and have instead been left dealing with customs and a €300 payment request. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise customers in the EU to think twice before ordering from 365Jersey. The apparent low price is not worth the risk of having your order seized and then being left to deal with the consequences yourself. I am now seeking a full refund from 365Jersey and will take the matter further if necessary.
