I ordered two for upcoming trips to Nebraska in the winter and to Antarctica in six months. These are absolute garbage: they won't charge at all and I never got a single use out of them. I went online for tips, such as trying different outlets and different charging cords, but nothing worked. I'm really annoyed, but you can learn from my experience and don't buy this garbage. Update: I contacted the company. If you don’t have a receipt, you’re out of luck. Unfortunately I’m not a person who saves every receipt from every purchase I make.
