Good and bad
The good: The stores in Hong Kong offer a very pleasant experience for shoppers - they're all comfortable and in-person service is great. LB's clothes are all higher quality (thicker, softer, less see-through, less flimsy) compared to similar brands such as Zara, H&M, and Mango. The best: Most importantly - LB's clothes have POCKETS!! How can a woman live in 2025 without pockets? Keep this up LB and you'll have yourself a loyal customer for life. The bad: Online shopping shipping is too slow. In this day and age I should be receiving my order in a week from SG to HK, but generally I receive my order in 2-3 weeks. Online customer service is sub-par; either takes too long to answer my enquiries or are not competent enough to solve issues.
