I have to say ruko costumer service is great
I have to say ruko costumer service is why I use the drones, they have helped me through crashes with replacement shells, flyaways with another drone, connection issues with the mini to andriod and they’re costumer service stands out from others. The drones themselves are great the f11 mini is responsive and fun the Gim and Gim 2 are great with good quality footage to be shot. The wind resistance is for the most part good however I have had some issues with the gim spiraling out of control while landing from altitude yet it has always recovered and landed without incident. Ruko was my first serious drone with the gim and with the help of costumer service I have went from beginner to rather experienced drone pilot and even though I have DJI’s in my arsenal I still enjoy flying my Ruko’s!
