Not worth the money.
Been taking this for a month now, I feel as if I manage to get my water in drinking it but haven’t lost a single pound with eating healthy as well as exercising. The only thing it has managed to do is give me an 8 day period as well as breakthrough bleeding. Never had a problem in the last 18 years of periods. Last box has been binned.
