I ordered a dress in the incorrect size…
I ordered a dress in the incorrect size and missed my return window. Instead of leaving me to have to pay for another dress in the full amount, they provided me a discount code and altered my dress without an additional charge - none of the sizes would fit me because of my measurements. Instead of them sending me the alternate size, they were so kind and encouraged me to let them do the alterations. My dress came back and it fit, length and all! Exceptional customer service.
