Better late than never
This is an edited comment. Because they fixed my problem and provided full refund. Originaly I bought an onward with them but the pdf arrived 2 hours later which made me panic before the flight. I expressed my concerns and they apologized and provided me full refund. They gained my trust. I will keep using them.
