No refund after payment. Questionable data security
Right after I paid, I realized I didn’t want to use the service — but getting a refund was impossible. Once you complete KYC, they won’t issue any refunds, which makes the situation even worse. What really worries me is security. If the IP I used somehow ends up in the hands of a scammer, there’s a real risk I could be held responsible. It feels like all the risk is placed on the user. They claim my data is secure and won’t be shared without my consent — but who can guarantee they won’t hand it over to the authorities if requested? Will they even notify me before doing so? Of course, they’ll say that no scammers can exist on their platform with KYC — but who’s to say a scammer can’t just buy a verified account like anyone else? Overall, this leaves a bad impression. I expected more responsibility and transparency from a proxy service, especially when dealing with sensitive user data. And again — no refund, even if you change your mind right after payment. Be careful.
