The bad: I downloaded the software to recover my lost data from my external hard drive the softer itself I did not perform as described. It was not useful. THE GOOD: I reached out to technical support team,"Jessie" responded back to me very promptly. They're extremely professional and understanding. They help me troubleshoot first and when it was still unsuccessful in retrieving my files they offered me a full refund. I hope this software is updated or is given the proper upgrade it needs to perform better compare to its competitors.
