Thorough and thoughtful information and a good understanding of this difficut issue. My Tax Expert (Gagan) provided suggestions for submitting a dispute and the concise infomation to be included that would probably best lead to a good resolution. My only suggestion would be a means to copy or print the discussion/solution assuming a lack of computer expertise on the submitter's end.
