purchased 2 esims for japan. Google maps takes forever to load any thing, even the jetpac help page was so slow to respond. so i decided to contact them via whats ap but they were not open. had to wait till next day. Every time we communicated it takes another day for an answer, they sent me help files to assist with my phone settings and even these would not open (.png). wish i had payed a bit more for another esim company. This has made our travel dificult without access to data we thought we were getting.
