Exceeded all expectations!
The experience I had exceeded my expectations. First, the greeter was there waiting for us when we got off the plane at the Haneda airport in Tokyo. I don't know how long it would have taken us to navigate our way through the mass of people at border control and immigration if we were on our own, but she led us through the crowds and through the process very quickly. Next, we had to collect our bags and recheck them with ANA for our next flight. The ANA representative spoke almost no English and was confused about our tickets. Our greeter was able to get everything straightened out and we were quickly on our way to the next terminal where we had time to relax before our next flight. She led us to the gate for that flight. We were fine on our own at that point and said goodbye to the greeter, but she actually came back before the flight was due to take off to make sure there were no delays or problems. Amazing.
