We are beyond grateful for Sam, our sleep consultant at Batelle. From the very beginning, Sam went above and beyond to support our family through what felt like an impossible sleep journey. Her approach was warm, compassionate, and so incredibly thoughtful — she didn’t just hand us a plan and walk away. She was with us every single step, providing guidance, reassurance, and the most helpful tips to get us through every tough moment. What stood out the most was how empathetic and understanding she was. Sam truly listened to our concerns, never made us feel judged, and approached everything with such calm and kindness. Her support was never one-size-fits-all — she tailored everything to our baby’s needs and to us as parents, which made all the difference. Thanks to her (and the amazing Batelle program), our child is now sleeping independently and peacefully, and we’re sleeping too!
