ORDER NOT DELIVERED
I ordered a case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max from HOMEHEIL on 4/20. My credit card was billed on the same date. The product was never delivered and every attempt to contact HOMEHEIL has been unsuccessful. When I was finally able to track the package the message said "Express delivery by July 17." My customer service experience has been very poor.
