All my data gone and no way to contact…
I tried transferring my whatsapp messages and media from my old Android phone to an iOS phone, I paid 27 euros. The tool transferred the messages, DIDN'T transfer the media, and REMOVED ALL MEDIA FROM THE OLD PHONE. Now all my whatsapp photos and videos from the last few years are gone. The only support you're gonna get is a useless AI assistant, there is no way to reach the actual company. Don't waste your money here.
