I purchased a tactical vest NIJ Rated IV the used iMile a Chinese owned delivery company, my vest got lost in transit to Australia. IMile admitted loosing it and gave me and email with all the details to pay TOPHELMETFAN for them to replace and resend my expensive Vest. I sent the details to James at TOPHELMETFAN who wouldn’t reply so I sent a couple more emails STILL with no reply. Knowing they can get the money OR they probably decide to keep my money. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THAT MAKES AND SHIPS FROM CHINA. DEFINITELY NOT USA AS THEY CLAIM I have lost almost $1,000 Australian
