Random box and shipping is a real wildcard
I ordered a 3 month subscription. The quality of pieces has been good and fit nicely. That's pretty much where the good ends. The first shipment took 6 weeks to get here when I ordered it. Also, they do not come in packs of 5. They come however Avidlove decides to ship it, and tracking information was only provided for the first item. My 13 items received so far have come in 5 shipments. Still waiting on two items: 1 item was just a skirt, not a set, and another item (the 12th) was the exact same as in the first package. No responses via email. Eventually got in contact with the call center (the hours do not match posted) and they said duplicates can be expected because it is a mystery. The person on the phone could not say how many items had been shipped and said they would call me back but that did not happen. So overall, the mystery is if, what, and when all the items will show up. I may order individual items from Avidlove again because for the price the pieces have been nice, but shopping sales elsewhere may match the cost with better clarity, timelines, and customer care. I like the idea, wish it was executed better not just felt like random returns shipped your way at some point. Update: after posting here they did reach out. It appears the items are on the way so I increased the stars for customer service.
