There's a lot of noise out there in the fitness and wellness industry, and it's hard to find genuine, trustworthy people to put your faith and health in, but I found Yoga Body a brilliant company. I have completed the Happy Back Challenge and the Fix Your Feet masterclass, with great results. Both have been very well constructed, easy to follow, and not overwhelming. I'm currently halfway through the 21-day hip opening challenge. Luca's guidance, knowledge, and clear explanations keep me coming back. Thank you for being out there!
