Long recovery-a lot of files recovered-$$$
First time using a recovery software-it took a long time to deep scan my system to recover files. Then just as long to recover those files to a separate HD (think12hrs)...I think they can tweak the software a bit more and give you a countdown of the files/time left instead of percentages. And also a way to just scan the DRIVE you want recovered only, and not your whole pc-I questioned a chat support about that, and they said the additional files are only known to myself. Also, of course, it's a paid service AFTER your FREE scan-which I figured. For $100 bucks for a year, if you make a silly mistake as I did, and those photos mean the world to you-it's worth it. I just wish it didn't take so long and NOT involve my main PC-just the external one. I don't know if I recovered it all, but I did get a lot back that I can remember.
