A whole bag of pieces is missing
I recently recieved a gift and was very pleasantly surprised of the quality of the bricks and design of the models. However I was missing a whole bag of pieces, unable to finish my build. (I have the spaceman, but no head for him...) I sent a very detailed request on what was missing to the support but never heard anything from them. Not having the materials is the biggest pain on a construction set. Even if the brand is promising, I cannot put more than one star for this. Mistakes can happen but at least have a proper support team who can fix it. I cannot recommand this brand for now.
