I just placed my first purchase with them for HoK and I got an invalid code, I tried to request a refund but the site they linked me to was broken. The event I need the tokens for will end soon and now have to purchase from somewhere else. I want my refund in cash and not store credits, CASH!!! Edits: Order Number: 41179064 I am able to get my refund back, so I'm quite glad they are still an honourable organisation, but my advice still stands, check the suppliers for your products. Making excuses like you can't test each product says incompetence on your part. I would not want to purchase from someone that can't guarantee the integrity of the purchase. Its common sense.
