I purchased a license for professional 150$ service to fix an issue on my **Samsung A15 5g. After 2 days of struggling, the issue was not resolved. I contacted the support team, but they were unable to help. When I requested a refund after **1 days**, they don't want to refund and they don't stand for their refund policy. Advised by my lawyer Filed complain to my bank and to swedish police hopefully it will go to court and block them from selling in sweden at least and also sent complain to singapor consumer customer protection authorities will also share the awful experience about their customer service i saved all the conversations and emails to use. It's pitty that doing business like this and still running Avoid don't buy 👎🏻
