Not accepting return
Order number 1203830 We have been requesting a refund on a purchase of over £500 since the 14th December and have been consistently ignored and offered “surprise gifts”. This is one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had and cannot even purchase a replacement item until we receive our funds back. Hopefully they resolve this as soon as possible but has been a very stressful time.
