Bought a pair of trainers and they sent a wrong size. Customer service take forever to respond and rush to say the order is correct without even checking details. Bought the same pair on next day delivery. They didn't deliver on the next day as I really wanted them urgently and now they have again delivered the wrong size. Seems no point ordering from them again as they keep repeating the same mistake and keep holding your money. Haven't even received the first refund as they claim it takes 14 days. Really disappointed with both their service and customer service response. Order number SD40000122553816
