Not working, Bad customer service, no refunds
Bought this for the text to video feature. But it just does not recognise the files I upload (MP3 files) which is what it asks for. Contacted customer services and they said I can email them everytime my audio file, and they will sort it out. I simply do not have the time to be sending a raw footage file to them, waiting a day or two for a reply with their video. I complained and asked to cancel my account and get a refund - but they said they do not do refunds. I do not recommend this at all.
