This is by far the worst company ever.
This is by far the worst company ever. They lost one of my ASIC and they are "trying to do something about it" from more than 3 years. Now they are asking $966 as shipping fee to ship one ASIC to me (2 months ago they asked "just" $289). In addition, to receive a refund of unused credits, they require a bank account, able to receive payments from US: A BITCOIN COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ALLOW TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS IN BITCOIN. Stay away from them!
