I would not recommend this product
Due to a sudden electrical power surge, the driver heads of my hard drive were damaged which I did not know before purchasing RecoverIT. RecoverIT was therefore unable to recover the data and the drive had to be taken to a data recovery centre who told me the driver heads were damaged. I forgot to turn off RecoverIT auto-renew billing and so my credit card got billed twice for the same product that couldn't recover my data in the first place. I purchased a new hard drive, paid for data recovery services and paid for RecoverIT, twice. I explained to RecoverIT it was an error and requested a refund yet they simply refuse to refund me under their refund policy. Even after submitting all invoices as proof. The whole experience to recover 700GB (25% of my data was lost), has cost me $600 instead of $69 as advertised. RecoverIT tool should immediately sense and warn that driver heads are damaged so that you can cancel the subscription within 7 days. RecoverIT should also not sign you up for more than a month. It should be a once-off payment. If your product didn't work this month, it aint gonna work next month either. I feel scammed.
