Very poor to non existent customer service
The product looks good - sturdy and high quality but the customer service is non existent. I received them and decided they weren't for me so contacted the EU email address for return information which took a week to get back to me. I confirmed that I met the return conditions and need to understand the process and return address - that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Advice - only buy the product if you are 100% sure and you are unlikely to want to return them.
