overall solid experience so far - they onboarded us and executed shipment of 800 orders to the US very quickly with tight deadlines. Pricing was reasonable and consistent. They did lose a unit of my product but reimbursed me for it. Customer service is pretty responsive ~ although some agents are better than others. There are some small things that I would like to see improved but nothing major.
