Some delay but good customer service
Just booked 2 tickets on the website during the opening hours. Now more than 2 hours later didn’t receive any tickets yet. Also no reply from customer support. I hope I didn’t get scammed :/ Update: with a delay we received our tickets now and customer support answered to our message. They offered help and even a refund. Also explained the delay due to lunar new year. So far everything seems good again, we are relieved! Will update again after using the ticket
